An customizable project specific funding product, at a cost effective interest can be arranged for Real Estate Builders and Developers based on their estimated Cash Flow for construction of a particular project. Construction finance is given for construction of one specific project and is to beutilized strictly for the same project. Funding is restricted to the cost of Construction, Approval, Admin, Selling and Marketing Cost etc. other than cost of purchase of Land. Funding can be arranged for a maximum of upto 70% of the project cost. The kind of projects where funds are arranged includes construction on freehold land, SRA Projects, Redevelopment Projects, Joint Ventures and more
INFRASTRUCTURE
Each infrastructure project is unique and has its own Cash flows and hence requires customized funding Solutions. The tenure for such projects could range from a year to 15 years with moratorium period that can also be provided based on the project cash flows.
